Unfortunately approximately 2 years ago I started using Desert Ridge. The unfortunate side is not that I used them but that I had to use them due to an accident. at that time I met Marcelo, John and his staff. I was greeted and treated very professionally. I am very picky on how my cars are repaired and the shape I keep them in. Once again approximately 3 months ago I got hit by a sand devil and then hit a coyote. I was very concerned about the repairs not so much on staff side but on the ability to match the custom paint I have on my Chrysler 300. Once again I must say Marcelo and his staff have gone above and beyond on the repairs on my car and having the color of phantom Black tri-coat Pearl to match perfectly is absolutely awesome and there’s no indication or where the damage started or where it has ended I like to thank you all, Marcelo, John and let your staff know I very much appreciate how you’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure your customers are satisfied. as you know I have referred a number of people to your shop that have also been highly satisfied and I will continue to do so. thanks again and wishing you all the best in all your endeavors
